CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
GROWING IN GRACE AND GRATITUDE
Our teachers are excited to meet your children and help them grow with God. We provide a safe, fun, and happy environment for children to explore and learn about God's love. God's love is the heartbeat of our faith, life, and worship. Our Children's Ministry inspires children to learn and practice hospitality, generosity, and love; and reaches beyond Sunday morning, encouraging children to live their lives as an expression of God's grace. All of our classes include worship, lessons, and activities that challenge children to think practically about what faith is for them, and how to act courageously as peacemakers and leaders in their community.
SUNDAY MORNING CLASSES
Puddle Jumpers: Our class for children who are able to walk through 4 years old meets Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM, during service. New Springs Community provides a loving, learning and caring environment for your children. The children will enjoy a fun and age-appropriate curriculum.
Discovery: Children ages 5-10 are welcome to participate in our Bible-based education and worship program at 10:30 AM, during the service, on Sunday mornings. We will learn about the foundations of our faith, more about a relationship with God, who Jesus is, how to live and love like he does, and how to share that love with others.
When you visit, please check-in your child at the KidSprings desk where you'll meet one of our teachers. Every child is entered into our system, so that we may have emergency contact, allergy, and other important information about your child. This also prevents your child from leaving our program with anyone but their guardian.
Babies: For the babies, we provide a Quiet Space. Need a quiet place to take your baby during church? You're welcome to use our quiet room if you need to take your little one to play, nurse, or eat during service. We have a speaker in there so you can close the door and still hear the service. We have rocking chairs and nursing covers available for you to use too. Children are not allowed in the quiet room without a parent to ensure their safety.
